LEASING: DESCRIPTION

Our client relationships offer us the privilege of representing both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases of all types. We are experts in addressing the nuances that arise from both perspectives.   • Representation of a REIT in the lease of approximately 185,000 square-foot office and industrial space to a GE Capital subsidiary.
  • Representation of a subsidiary of a NYSE real estate company in redevelopment and leasing of a 630,000 square-foot office tower located in downtown Atlanta.
  • Outside general counsel for all retail and office leasing for premier West Hollywood, California shopping center.
  • Representation of a national drug store chain in leasing freestanding and in-line retail locations.
  • Representation of a subsidiary of a publicly traded company in three lease transactions totaling more than 300,000 square-foot of space in properties located in Georgia, Alabama and New Jersey.
  • Medical office leasing and property management issues for Gardena medical office plaza.
  • Representation of a national restaurant chain in the negotiation and documentation of ground leases for locations throughout the United States.
  • Handled sale- leaseback acquisition, development, lease and financing for multi-national corporation's Western U.S. regional headquarters.
