Experience
James C. Rawls concentrates in health care and media law and commercial litigation. His particular areas of concentration include litigation involving hospitals and litigation involving the news media.
His clients include major hospitals, a major national newspaper chain, television and radio stations and the Georgia Association of Broadcasters. Mr. Rawls lectures on topics in health care law and litigation, the First Amendment, media litigation, and trial practice and procedures.
Mr. Rawls has been selected for the 2006 and 2007 editions of Best Lawyers in America for First Amendment Law. Mr. Rawls is ranked by Chambers USA 2009 as one of Georgia's leading lawyers for health care law.
