Experience
Justin M. Ganderson focuses his practice in the areas of claims/disputes, internal investigations, public/private partnerships and general federal government contract counseling. His experiences include crafting certified claims, conducting large and intensive investigations, resolving disputes and negotiating contracts with the government, prime contracts and subcontractors. He has also represented companies before various state public service commissions with regard to public utility regulations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Ganderson was an associate with a small local firm devoted to the construction industry. There, he represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in a wide range of construction-related disputes, both private and public.
Mr. Ganderson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief for the University of Miami Business Law Review. In 2002, Mr. Ganderson received an A.B. in American Studies, cum laude, with distinction in all subjects, from Cornell University. At Cornell, Mr. Ganderson was a punter for the varsity football team, and declared early for the NFL draft. In his spare time, Mr. Ganderson is a songwriter and bassist for the hard rock band Redline Addiction.
