Experience
Ann E. Murray focuses her practice on the design and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, IRS and DOL compliance matters, merger and acquisition issues, health plans, welfare benefits and executive compensation. She has served as benefits counsel for many public and private companies, tax-exempt entities, multiemployer plans, and insurers and administrators in providing and developing services for employee benefit plans. She previously served as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded company, giving her a unique insight into the day-to-day administration and implementation issues faced by employers. Ms. Murray also assists clients with miscellaneous payroll tax issues, in-house HIPAA training programs, securities disclosure issues, and board of director and committee meetings.
Ms. Murray has been recognized as a member of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend magazine.
