Experience
Ben Winburn is a public policy strategist in the firm’s Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs practice. He is adept at assisting clients in navigating the complex legislative landscape of energy, climate change, and renewable resources. Winburn’s practice coordinates issues at the intersection of technology, policy, and law.
Winburn has been focused on energy issues for a number of years including serving as legislative staff to the House Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. While working for the Committee on Natural Resources, Winburn advised Members on key issues and significant energy legislation, including advising House conferees for three omnibus energy bills.
Winburn received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law where he was a managing editor of their Environmental Law Journal.
