Experience
Taylor M. Menlove focuses on all aspects of government contracts litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on cost recovery and accounting, claims, and battlefield contracting.
Mr. Menlove has experience representing government contractors before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the federal courts in cases involving contract disputes and False Claims Act qui tam matters. He has also represented and advised corporations under investigation by the government and in the conduct of internal investigations.
A graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, Mr. Menlove was Executive Editor of the Environmental Law Digest and a Moot Court Negotiations Competition Semi-Finalist. During law school, he interned with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Office of the Solicitor; the Federal Communications Commission, Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau; and the Honorable Charles B. Day, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Maryland. Prior to law school, Mr. Menlove interned in the Washington, DC Office of U.S. Senator Orrin G. Hatch.
