Experience
Steven Abram has extensive experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions involving developers, retailers and theatres, as well as public entities. Mr. Abram has represented both landlords and tenants in connection with the development of many high-profile shopping and entertainment complexes throughout Southern California. He has coordinated the leasing of The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles, The River at Rancho Mirage, Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, West Hollywood Gateway, Beverly Connection, NoHo Commons, and many others. He has made numerous presentations to local bar and industry groups on retail leasing.
Mr. Abram was named a Southern California Super Lawyer, an annual listing recognizing top attorneys, in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
