Experience
Lino Lipinsky de Orlov represents corporate clients, including those with Fortune 500 pedigrees, in all aspects of commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Lipinsky has litigated cases in state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. He has developed particular experience in real estate and other complex business cases, particularly those involving technology agreements, creditor’s rights and employment disputes. Mr. Lipinsky has specific experience in both receiverships and foreclosure matters, and has assisted clients in receiverships and foreclosures involving multiple-tenant properties and other multiple-property commercial portfolios. In addition to handling state and federal litigation, Mr. Lipinsky counsels clients and writes on legal issues arising from technology. He is a leader of MLA's Technology practice group.
A former member of the New York University Law Review, Mr. Lipinsky practices in both Colorado and Washington, DC, where his wife, Diana DeGette, serves as a member of the United States House of Representatives for the First Congressional District of Colorado.
Mr. Lipinsky has been recognized as a “Colorado Super Lawyer” by the publishers of Law and Politics.
