Lynn S. Garson
Lynn Garson focuses her practice on health care litigation.
Ms. Garson is responsible for researching and analyzing important health care regulatory issues. Ms. Garson’s previous experience includes assisting in the acquisition of several large medical practices, including negotiating and drafting documents from letter of intent stage through final documentation. Additionally, Ms. Garson's experience includes advising on a wide range of legal documents, including joint venture agreements, software license agreements, physician service agreements, consulting and employment contracts, leases, vendor contracts and clinical training agreements; negotiating and drafting employment contracts for individual physicians; and reviewing, negotiating and drafting medical director and other agreements between employed physicians and outside entities.
While at Emory, Ms. Garson was a member of Order of the Coif and was the Notes and Comments Editor for the Law Review.
