Chuck McMullen is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. His practice focuses on federal and state and local government affairs in Georgia.
Mr. McMullen has deep experience advising private sector clients on their public policy strategies, having served as managing partner for six years at Piedmont Public Affairs. Previously, Mr. McMullen served as Chief of Staff to Georgia’s first Republican Senate Majority Leader, U.S. Representative Tom Price, MD (GA-06). Mr. McMullen was responsible for working with the Georgia Senate Republican Majority Caucus and the Committee on Assignments in the development and execution of the Caucuses’ legislative agenda and directed media relations for the majority leader and the caucus.
Prior to serving the Georgia State Senate, Mr. McMullen was a policy advisor to the Medical Association of Georgia and served as the Director of the association’s political action committee, GAMPAC. Previously, he worked in Washington, DC as a regional Political Director for the American Medical Association (AMA), covering 127 congressional districts in 12 states. Mr. McMullen began his career with the Medical Society of Virginia in Richmond before moving to Atlanta.
Mr. McMullen lives in Atlanta with his wife, Jennifer, and two daughters.
