Jayme Long is a partner in McKenna Long & Aldridge's Los Angeles office. Ms. Long’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation with a primary focus on toxic torts, premises liability and products liability.
Ms. Long represents companies in the petrochemical, construction, maritime and automotive industries. She has defended businesses throughout all phases of litigation, including trial. Ms. Long regularly manages and tries cases in California for Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Long's experience includes state and federal-based claims involving pesticides, benzene, asbestos, mold/fungus, automobiles, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

- Trial counsel for major petrochemical company where plaintiff claimed he developed mesothelioma as a result of asbestos exposure at defendant's premises. - Trial counsel for major petrochemical company where plaintiff alleged her lung cancer developed as a result of her husband's work at defendant's refinery. - Trial counsel for contractor defendant where plaintiff claimed he developed an asbestos-related lung cancer due to work performed by defendant's employees. - Trial counsel in maritime action where plaintiff alleged his lung cancer resulted from his work aboard defendant's vessels. Dismissal with prejudice entered following plaintiffs' case.
