Ms. Christiansen has been before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court four times to date, once to defend the constitutionality of the Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund surcharge upon health care providers. She also has extensive appellate experience in the federal courts, where she defended the constitutionality of Pennsylvania's Drug Paraphernalia Act.
