Experience

Adrian Mollo’s practice focuses on patent licensing, strategic patent planning, intellectual property due diligence, related corporate counseling, and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Mollo’s transactional practice focuses predominately upon patent licensing and technology transfer and related transactions. His experience includes, for example, preparing patent cross license agreements and technology transfer agreements, structuring and implementing domestic and international patent licensing and enforcement programs, and providing counsel regarding patent pools and standard setting organizations. Working with both large and small clients, Mr. Mollo’s practice also includes providing advice on a wide range of corporate issues, including corporate formation and organization, joint development programs, and advising clients regarding interpretation and enforcement of existing agreements.

Mr. Mollo also has experience in all aspects of federal district court litigation, from pre-litigation investigation through pleadings, discovery, trial, and appeal.  He also has experience arbitrating claims under the commercial and international rules of the American Arbitration Association. Recently, Mr. Mollo was co-author of an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the matter of LG Electronics, Inc. v. Quanta Computer, Inc. He was also a member of trial teams obtaining some of the top IP verdicts of recent years.
