Experience

Matthew K. Ashby is a partner in McKenna Long & Aldridge's Los Angeles office where he concentrates his practice in civil litigation specializing in product liability and toxic torts.

Mr. Ashby has actively participated in all stages of trial in various product liability and toxic tort litigation. He has extensive experience in cross examination of expert witnesses and has expertise in the scientific and medical aspects of toxic tort matters.

Mr. Ashby was a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Before entering the UCLA School of Law, he worked as a Senior Internal Auditor for Allegheny Teledyne, Inc., where he supervised financial and compliance audits.
