Experience

Joe has assisted with litigation of a wide variety of matters in federal trial courts throughout the United States. In particular, Joe’s practice focuses on federal administrative and federal antitrust litigation, including actions brought by private parties and against federal agencies. Joe also sits on the firm’s Green Committee and recently obtained certification to represent pro bono defendants in criminal cases before the D.C. Superior Court.

Joe graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. In law school, Joe was an Associate Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and interned at the Ann Arbor City Attorney’s Office. Joe received undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Economics from Cornell University, where he was a member of the men’s cross country and track teams
