Experience
Clayton W. Coley focuses his practice on general corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance and compliance, including special investigations.
Prior to joining McKenna Long & Aldridge, Mr. Coley served as a proofreader and editor for the Texas State Senate, where he assisted in preparing proposed and finalized legislation for Senate hearings. He has also assisted in SEC filings, NASD compliance and corporate litigation.
In law school, Mr. Coley was a Dillard Fellow and a participant of Moot Court.
