Jae Park has represented telecommunications companies, financial institutions, defense contractors, and builders, as well as individuals, in a wide range of complex commercial and business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, unfair competition, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, securities and white-collar criminal matters. Representative cases include:

Dismissal of an action filed by a municipality against a global chemicals producer for alleged failure to pay utility charges.

Representation of a corporation in a public corruption investigation.

Summary judgment in favor of a wireless telecommunications provider against a breach of contract claim by its vendor.

Settlement of a breach of contract claim by a Chinese battery manufacturer against an international technology and medical device company.

In addition, Park is committed to pro bono and community service activities, and has been the recipient of McKenna Long & Aldridge’s Associate Pro Bono and Community Services Award for his successful representation of a political refugee seeking asylum in the United States.
