Experience
David Geiger focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation and represents creditors, debtors, and examiners in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings and debtor/creditor litigation. He has worked in all stages of bankruptcy and litigation matters. Geiger represents clients in the prosecution and defense of various lawsuits and related proceedings, including avoidance actions, plan objections, claims objections, stay relief issues and cash collateral issues. He also frequently represents buyers of assets out of bankruptcy estates. Geiger's bankruptcy experience encompasses retail, health care, real estate, textile and telecommunications industry reorganizations and liquidations.
While in law school, Geiger served on the editorial board of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
