Chuck McMullen is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. His practice focuses on federal, state, and local government affairs.
Having served as managing partner for six years at Piedmont Public Affairs, Mr. McMullen has deep experience advising private sector clients on their public policy strategies. Previously, Mr. McMullen served as Chief of Staff to Georgia’s first Republican Senate Majority Leader, U.S. Representative Tom Price, MD (GA-06). Mr. McMullen was responsible for working with the Georgia Senate Republican Majority Caucus and the Committee on Assignments in developing and executing the Caucuses’ legislative agenda. He also directed media relations for the majority leader and the caucus.
Prior to serving the Georgia State Senate, Mr. McMullen was a policy advisor to the Medical Association of Georgia and served as the Director of the association’s political action committee, GAMPAC. He previously worked in Washington, DC as a regional Political Director for the American Medical Association (AMA), covering 127 congressional districts in 12 states. Mr. McMullen began his career with the Medical Society of Virginia in Richmond before moving to Atlanta.
