Experience
Bill Earley has substantial experience in a wide variety of labor and employment law issues, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, unfair competition, privacy rights, wage and hour claims (including class action defense), as well as considerable skill and experience in liability planning, contract negotiation and interpretation, and labor and employment counseling.
During his tenure at Luce Forward, Mr. Earley was a member of the firm's Executive Committee (2001-2002) and served as the practice group leader for the firm's labor and employment group (1998-1999).
